I like flashy special effects, in your face 3D, so I always went to the Rave or Chenal 9 in Little Rock. I have lived in Cabot all my life, but have never been to the local "Silver Screen" theater because I am more into the big city experience of theaters. The management is very rude and obviously uneducated and they know no meaning of "the customer is always right." I will drive to Little Rock from now on where businesses know that customer satisfaction is the most important. This theater is over priced and isn't even that nice of a theater. She then told me I was welcome to call customer service and then walked away. I then proceeded to explain to her that sometimes kids purchase tickets to a PG movie and sneak into rated R movies that their parents won't let them see. She replied by saying they do not sell more tickets than there are seats for. I mentioned to her that it was not my fault the theater was full and that I had arrived in plenty of time to get a seat. She said they did not refund or exchange tickets and if I wanted to see the later movie, I would have to purchase another ticket. I asked the manager if I could swap my ticket out for the later showing. Upon walking into the theater I noticed that the seats were full. I bought tickets to see the movie "The Devil Inside" 30 minutes before it started. This movie theater is the worst movie theater I have ever been to.
